At POC Warszawa, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your sporting performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all technical tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Complete the Return Form

  Download and fill out the return form from our website, including your order number and the reason for the return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the products and send them to our Warsaw warehouse via a tracked courier service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
